With over 30 years of practical experience in recording, editing and mastering for commercial releases I specialize in Multi-track recording, Digital mixing and CD mastering using the latest technology.
I have a fully equipped digital studio based in Oxfordshire and can provide on-site recording using some of the best microphones available anywhere.

I have a range of experience which covers: playing, engineering, production and the use of high-tech recording equipment. Having specified and built 2 commercial recording studios I also have a superb dedicated digital studio for recording, in addition to a fully featured editing suite. I continue to play live and also work on sessions. In addition I have extensive live recording experience and can produce ‘Red Book’ mastered CD’s for release….along with graphics.

EQ'ing, compression, limiting, stereowidth enhancement, de-clicking, editing, track ordering, track level balancing, topping & tailing, mixing, fault finding, repairs, noise reduction or removal are just some of the capabilities. I can produce Red Book CD-DA (with text), Blue Book CD-XA (dual platform) or vastly superior sounding MP3's for download sites.
I use processors and plugins from the accepted industry leaders including Isotope & Waves (Diamond Bundle). The backbone of the set-up is the Universal Audio hardware accelerated plug-ins including Pultec-pro EQ, Fairchild compressors and the superb UA mastering suite.
